Contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability, Ability to work in dynamic and classified environments, Strict adherence to IC analytic standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics, Experience working within classified networks and intelligence systems, Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community policies and conduct standards, Availability for CONUS and OCONUS support as mission requirements dictate, Contractor responsible for maintaining required qualifications and certifications unless Government-directed, Ability to obtain and maintain required program, system, and facility access, TS/SCI eligibility, Safety responsibilities, Quality responsibilities, Procedure compliance
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree + 15 years’ experience, 10 years intelligence/analytic experience, Demonstrated understanding of Intelligence Community analytic processes and tradecraft, Ability to independently research, evaluate, and synthesize complex information, Proficiency in briefing, writing, and presenting intelligence products to varied audiences, Experience working within classified networks and intelligence systems, Proficiency with standard office and analytic tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, IC analytic platforms)
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting DoD, Air Force, Combatant Commands, or IC organizations, Familiarity with collection management, targeting, or operational planning cycles, Regional or functional subject matter expertise, Experience supporting joint, interagency, or coalition missions, communication skills, including executive-level briefings
What You'll Do.
Integrate and analyze intelligence from multiple sources (e.g.
Produce high-quality intelligence products
and briefings for senior decision-makers
Apply structured analytic techniques and critical thinking methodologies in accordance with IC standards
Ensure analytical products comply with ICD 203
and ICD 209 tradecraft standards
and pattern-of-life assessments related to assigned mission areas
Support intelligence planning
and operational assessments
Maintain awareness of emerging threats
adversary capabilities
and geopolitical developments
Safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including collection managers, planners, and subject matter experts
Communication Scope
Proficiency in briefing, writing, and presenting intelligence products to varied audiences; communication skills, including executive-level briefings
