Accurately select groceries ordered online
friendly customer service
Greet customers in a friendly manner
Learn customer names and address them by name
Assist customers by escorting them to products
Secure products that are out of reach
Load or unload heavy items
Note and pass along customer suggestions
Enhance the shopping experience
Answer telephone and emails promptly
Select highest quality produce
Adhere to company policies
Report to work when scheduled and on time
Tender customer orders through POS
Charge customer's credit card
Place gathered orders in storage at proper temperature
Retrieve orders from storage prior to customer arrival
Ensure products maintain proper temperature
Cart orders and place in holding area
and load groceries into customer vehicle
Monitor incoming online orders for prompt fulfillment
Perform other job-related duties
