Greet customers in a friendly manner
Learn customer names and address them by name
Assist customers by escorting them to products
Secure products that are out of reach
Load or unload heavy items
Note and pass along customer suggestions
Enhance the shopping experience
Answer telephone and emails promptly
Select highest quality produce
Select highest quality meat
Select highest quality fresh products
Adhere to company policies
Adhere to store guidelines
Report to work when scheduled
Report to work on time
Tender customer orders through POS
Charge customer's credit card
Place gathered orders in storage
Retrieve orders from storage
Ensure products maintain proper temperature
Cart orders and place in holding area
Load groceries into customer vehicle
