Night & Weekend Shifts Required, Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction, Physically able to perform medium work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting/carrying of objects of no more than 25 pounds, Able to perform stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions, Exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremes, Possible hazards from moving equipment and possible electrical shock, Constant pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a day, Fast paced work environment, Pre employment drug screen required
What You'll Do.
Ensuring online orders are efficiently and accurately transported and loaded for online shoppers
and loading online orders
efficient and friendly customer service
Smiling and greeting customers in a friendly manner
Learning customers’ names and addressing them by name whenever possible
Assisting customers by escorting them to products
loading/unloading heavy items
and noting customer suggestions/requests
Enhancing the shopping experience
Answering the telephone and emails promptly and providing friendly
Placing gathered orders in storage at proper temperature and promptly retrieving them prior to customer’s arrival
Ensuring products maintain proper temperature through the entire process
Carting to and placing orders in holding area for pick-up
and loading groceries into customer vehicle
Adhering to company policies and individual store guidelines
Reporting to work when scheduled and on time
and bagging items from all temperature zones
Tendering customer orders through POS and charging the customer’s credit card
