Airplane Systems Senior Engineering Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) division is seeking a results-driven **Airplane Systems Senior Engineering Manager** with strong technical capability to lead the Aerial Refueling Systems team on the KC-46A Program in **Everett, WA**. The KC-46A Pegasus is an FAA-certified military derivative of the Boeing 767 commercial platform, modified to U.S. Air Force specifications for the primary mission of aerial refueling. As the program advances through production, sustainment, and ongoing development efforts, the engineering organization plays a central role in ensuring aircraft safety, product quality, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of complex technical issues. Success in this environment requires strong technical leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to integrate across multiple engineering and program functions. As the senior manager, you will provide leadership and technical oversight for the Aerial Refueling Boom Systems, Drogue Systems, Aerial Refueling Operator Station Systems, and Aerial Refueling Integration team. In this role, you will guide technical teams through complex development, production, and fleet sustainment challenges while ensuring alignment with program priorities, customer expectations, and enterprise standards.
