Must Have

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent, 7+ years of experience in an engineering discipline, Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and occasional weekends

Nice to Have

10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience, Experience working with organizational leaders to develop & implement plans & objectives, Experience supporting technical questions for airplane programs or similar

What You'll Do.

Serve as technical interface

Maintain operational and reliability performance

Act as technical advocate

Assist and manage airline-specific issues

Recommend reliability and operational improvements

Manage Boeing customer engagements globally

Address and escalate support-related issues

Act as proactive technical customer advocate

Lead and understand airline perspective

Work with Customer Support team

Develop thorough knowledge of top customer issues

Lead and drive customer issues to closure

Coordinate with functional/integration teams

Maintain frequent contact with Boeing Field Service Representatives

Coordinate with customer airlines

Author and review documentation

Utilize Boeing Communication System messages

Review meeting minutes

Review reliability reports

Know commercial model airplanes

Understand airline operations

Understand Boeing Customer Support products

Build and maintain relationships

Use program management skills

Lead resolution of customer in-service issues

Determine available resources

Manage multiple projects and demands

Communicate plans for supporting customers

Monitor and follow up execution

Interact with senior level executives

Work with mid-level managers at airlines

Work with mid-level managers at Boeing

Coordinate with and present to Airline Customer Executive

Coordinate with and present to Boeing Executive Leadership

Lead activities across customer accounts

Integrate with customers

Integrate with suppliers

Integrate with other organizations

Work alternate shifts periodically

Support 24/7 needs of the customer
