Must Have

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent, 5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline, Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and occasional weekends

Nice to Have

10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience, Experience working with organizational leaders to develop & implement plans & objectives, Experience supporting technical questions for airplane programs or similar

What You'll Do.

Serve as technical interface between Boeing and airline

Maintain operational and reliability performance

Collaborate with expert engineers and leadership

Act as technical advocate to assist and manage

Recommend reliability and operational improvements

Manage Boeing customer engagements globally

Address and escalate support-related issues

Act as proactive technical customer advocate

Lead and understand airline perspective

Work with Customer Support team

Develop thorough knowledge of top customer issues

Lead and drive customer issues to closure

Coordinate with functional/integration teams

Maintain frequent contact with Boeing Field Service Representatives

Maintain coordination with customer airlines

Author and review documentation

Utilize Boeing Communication System messages

Utilize meeting minutes

Utilize reliability reports

Know commercial model airplanes

Understand airline operations

Understand Boeing Customer Support products

Build and maintain relationships with Service Engineering

Build and maintain relationships with Field Service Representatives

Build and maintain relationships with Customer Engineering

Build and maintain relationships with Program Management

Build and maintain relationships with Sales

Build and maintain relationships with Airline Logistics

Use program management skills to lead resolution of
