This Aircraft Maintenance & Conversion Manager position will be part of the Fleet, Aviation Sourcing & Technical (FAST) group which is an organization responsible for all areas of strategic procurement and aircraft technical operations across the entire Global Amazon Air organization. The responsibilities include but not limited to leading the technical aspect of the fleet integration such as aircraft inspection, technical acceptance, aircraft passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion, aircraft maintenance work scope development, aircraft maintenance technical support, supplier program management, and etc. in collaboration with cross-functional leaders within multiple Amazon teams and external suppliers, partners and air carriers. The position requires active and ongoing engagement with suppliers to ensure contractual commitments are met, and leverage in-depth product and industry knowledge to deliver optimal solutions for Amazon Air.
