What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, 7-10 years of directly related experience, Experience with current DoW and/or civilian rotary wing/vertical lift aircraft air vehicle systems, Technical background in Military program management, Experience with contract documents, Exceptional organizational skills, Detailed oriented, Able to manage a large volume of data, Understanding of engineering fundamentals, Communication skills (oral and written)
Nice to Have
Experience with Systems Engineering, Experience and understanding of airworthiness qualification of Army aircraft systems, Experience with Weapon System/Air Vehicle component/sub-system bench test and system flight test
What You'll Do.
Lead assigned Working Groups
Organize work of teams
Conduct comprehensive trade studies
Conduct technical projects
Conduct problem resolution
Manage cost of baselines
Manage schedule of baselines
Manage performance of baselines
Prepare position papers
Evaluate OE designs against requirements
Execute engineering tasks
Provide SME knowledge of aircraft systems
Support performance of analysis
Experience in fatigue life assessment
Develop working relationships
Build rapport with personnel
Use tools occasionally
Use normal physical activity
Communicate effectively
Lift or move office products
Lift or move office supplies
