Amazon Air's (AIR) Network Control Center (NCC) is seeking an Air Operations Controller. This role protects our customers' interest by facilitating the safe, compliant, and on-time operations of Amazon’s dedicated fleet of aircraft. Air Operations Controllers are relentless problem solvers who proactively seek out and eliminate potential opportunities for network disruption, manage network capacity, and manage inventory levels for Unit Load Devices (ULDs) and bags across our expansive global operations. Air Operations Controllers support leadership by recommending process improvements that enhance safety, reduce cost, and improve overall effectiveness. Eligibility requirements - Individuals hired into this position will have unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA). For this reason, eligibility for this role will be limited to individuals who pass a security screening, as required by the FAA, DHS, and TSA (as applicable). - Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
