Must Have

4 years of industry specific knowledge, Fluent in English, Good computer skills

Nice to Have

Graduate of IATA/FIATA introductory course

What You'll Do.

Review and support with day-to-day quotations

Support product with checking local charges

Have thorough knowledge of the air Export product

Plan and support with huddles

Take an active role in the transition of new business

Grow department Revenue

Be open to implementing new system changes

Be involved and suggest system/process improvements

Assist the Manager with EPE’s

Assist the Manager with key staff

Support the manager as required

Proactively work to maintain accounts payment

Ensure company credit procedures are followed

Manage accounts payable to vendors

Manage intercompany accounting discrepancies

Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies

Proactively communicate with the team

Maintain a positive relationship with the Trade Compliance Manager
