Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
Ensure accurate and timely data entry
Track and Trace Air Export Files
Communicate arrival notices
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing
Interact with customers
Arrange international shipments
Contribute to maintain good relationships with suppliers
Meet compliance at all times
Understand department process flow
Improve operational efficiency and productivity
Ensure all customers standard operating procedures
Overseas communications
Respond to emails and requests
Escalate problems to Management
