Job Summary: The Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing air conditioning and cooling systems to ensure efficient and safe operation. Key Responsibilities: * Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment. * Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans. * Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. * Replace defective components and ensure proper system performance. * Monitor refrigerant levels and handle refrigerants safely in accordance with regulations. * Test and calibrate HVAC equipment and controls. * Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly. * Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. * Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance team members as required. ## Qualifications * Diploma or Technical Certificate in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field. * Previous experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair. * Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and refrigeration principles. * Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Basic communication skills in English.
