What You'll Do.
Lead operational oversight with partner carriers
Ensure alignment on daily flight operations
Manage disruption recovery
Monitor carrier operational performance metrics
Reconcile on-time performance
Conduct daily network surveillance
Perform root cause analysis on disruptions
Drive corrective actions with carriers
Manage end-to-end schedule operations
Coordinate ad-hoc charter operations
Oversee ground handling performance
Manage station-level transitions
Serve as primary point of contact for BSA
Drive continuous improvement
Represent Amazon Air with partners
