Consistently produce content that performs; Bring a storytelling layer that drives brand visibility and measurable conversion; Demonstrate a instinct for platform-native creative — your hooks land, your pacing keeps viewers watching, and your CTAs convert; Proactively test and evaluate new AI tools, bringing recommendations to improve the workflow before being asked; Take full ownership of the content lifecycle from brief to published asset, with minimal revisions needed; Balance a high-output pace with quality judgment — you know when something is good enough to move forward and when it needs another iteration; Produced your first set of publish-ready assets; Operating independently — developing content concepts, iterating on prompts, editing, and delivering at pace; Identified at least one workflow or creative improvement and brought it to the team; Your content is performing; Contribute strategic ideas beyond execution; Demonstrated the ability to balance volume with quality consistently

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms such as Seedance, Tolstoy, Nano Banana, HeyGen, or comparable tools, A creative strategy background — you know how to write a hook, build a narrative arc, and structure content that actually converts, Basic video editing skills for social and e-commerce content (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or equivalent), Experience in Meta ads, performance creative, D2C brand content, or UGC creative strategy — you understand what makes content perform on paid and organic channels, Ability to move fast, test without fear, and iterate until the output is right, A portfolio of past work demonstrating both AI-generated content production and creative strategy thinking — this is required to be considered

What You'll Do.

Test cutting-edge AI video generation platforms

Develop the creative strategy behind high-performing e-commerce content

Use AI video generation platforms to produce e-commerce content including spokesperson/avatar videos

before/after product narratives

Develop content concepts

Iterate on AI prompts to refine outputs

Handle basic video editing — trimming clips

adding text overlays and captions

formatting assets to platform spec for TikTok and Instagram

Ensure all creative is optimized for conversion

Test new AI platforms and tools and bring recommendations for improving the content production workflow

Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader AIGC and e-commerce teams to align on creative direction and output expectations

How You'll Work.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader AIGC and e-commerce teams to align on creative direction and output expectations; Work alongside our AIGC Creator; Supervised by our Associate Director, Paid Social & Creative Strategy; Collaborate regularly with cross-functional partners across the e-commerce and creative teams; Ideas and input are encouraged

Communication Scope

Clearly explains the status of projects to partners; Actively listens to partner’s expectations

Process & Methodology
