What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree level, Administrative and organisational skills, Experience in financial services / AIFM / investor relations, Understand the role and responsibilities of a regulated AIFM, Ability to handle confidential information and investor data with discretion, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Proficiency with document management tools (SharePoint), Attention to detail, Accuracy under pressure, Confidence to challenge inconsistencies, Proactive, Approachable, Adaptable to shifting priorities, Ability to work independently, Ability to work collaboratively across teams, Highly organised, Efficient, Comfortable managing multiple priorities, Proactive problem-solver, Anticipate needs, Drive improvements, Resilient, Positive, Helpful manner, Genuine interest in renewable energy, Genuine interest in the energy transition, Genuine interest in sustainable investment

What You'll Do.
Deliver against all investor requirements
Reporting portfolio investments
Valuing portfolio investments
Forecasting portfolio investments
Calculating distributions
Investor communications
Support onboarding new investments
Support capital recycling programmes
Support refinancing activities
Assist with regulator returns
Monitor and report funds’ AUM
Monitor and project AIFM Minimum Capital Requirements
Support onboarding new fund launches
Undertake Product Governance reviews
Delegate / service provider oversight
Support review of financial promotions
Aid preparation of Designated Persons’s quarterly reports
General co-ordination and administrative support
Ensure collaboration with colleagues
Management of fund registrations
Completion of responses to investor requests
Completion of due diligence questionnaires
Completion of ad-hoc queries
Handling investor queries
Managing Consultant databases
Support quarterly updates of investor materials
Drafting fund-specific financial reports
Co-ordinating fund-specific financial reports
CRM / investor record maintenance
Meeting co-ordination and follow-ups
Presentation production
General administrative and process support
