What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Masterachelor in Law, Economics or an equivalent degree, Very good command of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in an AIFM compliance-related function or in a consultancy or audit firm
What You'll Do.
safeguarding the integrity of our AIFM’s operations
ensure our activities consistently meet regulatory expectations
drive a culture of ethics and good governance
ownership of critical compliance processes
oversee delegated and outsourced functions
act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on regulatory matters
support the execution of the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme
and helping remediate significant issues or deficiencies
Review due diligence performed on AIFM clients and counterparties
oversee 1st level controls
Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of offshoring centers and other service providers
maintain key Compliance registers
ensure proper documentation of all activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the Head of Compliance / Conducting Officer; act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders
