What You'll Do.
Maintain order and organization in school clinic
Enter documentation on computer and student files
Assist with care of students
Enter student data into computer programs
Disseminate and collect data for student referral packets
Assist with district and state wide testing programs
Attend relevant training
Maintain documentation of all clinic visits
Maintain health related records
Maintain student confidentiality
Identify students with illness or injury
Serve as unlicensed diabetes care assistant
Perform numerical calculations
Operate computer and applicable software
Operate standard office equipment
Generate correspondence
Maintain records and logs
Prepare forms for counselor and CCC
Maintain school records
Arrange meetings for counselor and CCC
Disseminate information to campus and district staff
Request school records
Assist with preparation of test booklets
Assist with preparation of answer documents
Assist students with minor needs and concerns
