You will be the person who walks into any function of the business, quickly understands the real operational bottleneck, and creates a working agentic solution that flows through our security and technical review process. This is not primarily a coding role. The highest-value skill here is business judgment: knowing which problems are worth solving, why they matter, and how to get organizational buy-in to actually deploy the solution. You will need enough technical fluency to build working solutions and evaluate AI-generated output, but deep engineering expertise is not required. You will operate with a small team of AI experts and report to Head of AI. As the “tip of the spear” you will work with leadership across every function at SailPoint to help Identify and deploy Agentic solutions to achieve maximum operational efficiency, while simultaneously respecting the dignity of the role of people in the future of SailPoint’s workforce.
