Join Roche, where every voice matters. ### ### The Position **Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)** This role serves as a strategic leader driving the scaling and value acceleration of Roche’s AI and digital healthcare solutions from “10 to 100.” You will lead a hybrid team of AI Solution Catalyst Managers and Incubator & Partnership Managers to expand application scenarios, accelerate ecosystem adoption, and strengthen Roche’s leadership positioning in AI & Digital healthcare through ecosystem collaboration and innovation initiatives. The mandate is anchored in two core pillars: **1\. AI Solution Value Amplification & Scaling** Accelerating the adoption, expansion, and measurable value realization of Roche’s established AI and digital solutions across internal and external healthcare ecosystems. **2\.
