Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days or more per week., For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location., Sia does not intend to employ any applicant who will require, either now or in the future, employment visa sponsorship or sponsorship for work authorization (i. e. , H1-B visa, F-1/OPT) or STEM OPT, TN, etc).
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–7 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, product, operations, program delivery, or technology-related roles, Bachelor’s degree required, Experience supporting digital, data, automation, or AI-related initiatives in a consulting or enterprise environment, understanding of generative AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, copilots, automation workflows, and enterprise AI adoption challenges, Ability to translate business problems into structured solutions and practical implementation approaches, communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across business and technical teams, Product and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact, Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity, Demonstrated curiosity for emerging AI capabilities and a willingness to continuously learn and experiment
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or workflow automation platforms is strongly preferred, Experience working with enterprise systems, data platforms, CRM tools, or operational workflows is a plus, Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or transformation programs is preferred, Experience in consulting, technology, financial services, or fintech industries is a plus
