Full Job Description
About the Team OpenAI didn’t begin as a traditional company. It began as an idea: that artificial intelligence could be developed in a way that benefits everyone. As a creative team, our role is to help make sure the work behind that idea is understood, as it leaves the lab and meets the world. This company works at the frontier of intelligence. Like any frontier, it’s unfinished, constantly shifting, and still being explored. Our job is to stay close to that uncertainty and help shape how this story gets told, in a way that feels grounded and human. We do this through campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and work that doesn’t fit neatly into any of those categories yet. This team is for people who want to help shape something from the beginning. The Marketing Operations team has an extraordinary opportunity to build at scale without falling into big-tech thinking. We are designing a new way of working and operating in the era of AI to help shape our company, org and team. We pride ourselves on thinking like researchers, we expect change to be constant, we use AI to amplify our impact, and we build systems so teams can move faster. About the Role OpenAI’s Marketing team is looking for an AI Tooling & Enablement Manager to help identify and build AI-native products and workflows for OpenAI's marketing organization. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing to identify where AI can amplify the craft and effectiveness of our work. You will be both strategic and hands-on: helping teams identify and adopt frontier capabilities through hands-on training, programming, and direct collaboration with operators and designing systems that combine agents and human operators along with prototype new workflows. You will help turn OpenAI's platform capabilities into practical tools and workflows teams can use daily. Your work will establish the patterns, guardrails, and reusable systems that enable AI to operate safely and effectively across OpenAI's marketing organi
