As an AI Technical Lead, you will lead a team of builders shaping impactful outcomes for our clients. You are a leader with strong hands-on software engineering capability and excellent people skills, able to guide global engineering teams in delivering cutting-edge AI-enabled solutions. You bring a blend of technical credibility and business engagement skills, with a proven ability to translate business opportunities into real value by uplifting teams and driving delivery quality and throughput. ### **Job Requirements: ** **Team Leadership Experience ** * Leading local and remote development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies * Providing guidance on work breakdown, solution design, and problem resolution * Mentoring team members on software engineering best practices * Reporting on delivery progress and providing regular stakeholder updates **Technical Experience ** * Designing scalable cloud solutions integrated into large corporate environments * Developing cloud-native, serverless solutions using NodeJS and React under AWS; Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, SNS * Developing data engineering solutions using Python * Establishing and maintaining development environments that support automation through CI/CD * Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM roles, and enterprise security standards * Working knowledge of AWS database services, including DynamoDB, RDS, and Aurora * Working knowledge of data pipeline architectures and ETL processes * Broad working knowledge across AWS services * Exposure to at least one AI agent development framework, such as AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, LangChain, or similar **Product Development Experience ** * Working closely with product managers and business partners to understand requirements and their relationship to business value * Coll
