If you're looking for a new opportunity where you can truly make a difference, we hope you'll apply for a position with us. **Job Summary** * Lead process discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, shadowing, and workflow analysis to identify core business challenges * Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements artifacts such as process flows and business requirement documents (BRDs) * Design and configure AI-driven workflows and agents using low-code/no-code orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n or similar tools) * Apply strong design principles to ensure solutions align with customer requirements and integrate effectively within the broader enterprise ecosystem * Provide process design consultation to support standardization, optimization, and adoption of emerging technologies * Support the deployment of AI agents, RPA solutions, and cross-platform automations across business functions * Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including documenting results, identifying issues, and facilitating resolution with stakeholders * Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed solutions to ensure reliability and performance * Evaluate new and existing technologies to recommend innovative approaches that enhance business processes * Partner with int
