Hands-on experience building internal tools, backend services, integrations, scripts, or APIs, Hands-on experience with agentic LLM systems (such as Claude/Claude Code), including tool-calling and MCP-style integrations, Experience with at least one of Python, Ruby, TypeScript, or Node. js, Experience with GitHub-based workflows and CI/CD, Experience with production operations practices including logging, testing, secrets management, and production debugging, Experience designing and implementing access controls, permissions, and monitoring for systems handling sensitive data and secrets, Fluent English, Legal right to work in Greece, Ability to work on-site in Marousi, Attica, Greece three days per week
Nice to Have
5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, Experience shipping LLM/agent workflows to production, Experience implementing LLM workflow patterns such as RAG and evaluation (evals) for quality and reliability

Full Job Description
Workable is rebuilding how the company operates using agentic frameworks, SOPs, and workflow automation. We are looking for a senior engineer to work directly with the CEO on this. The job is to turn recurring executive and company workflows into reliable tools: Claude skills, plugins, MCP servers, data integrations, internal agents, automation scripts, evals, and monitoring. This is not a role for someone who can only vibe-code demos. You should be able to ship production-grade internal software, reason about security and data access, work in a codebase, use version control properly, debug systems, and decide when an LLM should be used and when deterministic code should do the work. Key responsibilities include: * Build and maintain tooling for an enterprise Claude setup, including skills, plugins, context routing, MCP integrations, internal automations, and agent workflows. * Collaborate with the CEO and functional leaders to identify and codify recurring business workflows. * Convert unstructured operating knowledge into structured, reusable systems. * Integrate Claude securely with internal systems such as Salesforce, BI/data warehouse, Slack, Jira, Zendesk, NetSuite, documentation platforms, and internal repositories. * Rapidly prototype solutions and harden high-value automations for production use. * Implement evaluation frameworks, logging, access controls, monitoring, and documentation to ensure maintainability and reliability. * Make informed decisions on when to leverage LLMs versus deterministic software for correctness and business impact. * Help define internal standards for building and deploying AI-assisted workflows across Workable. **Requirements** ### Must-haves: * Hands-on experience building internal tools, backend services, integrations, scripts, or APIs * Hands-on experience with agentic LLM systems (such as Claude/Claude Code), including tool-calling and MCP-style integrations * Experience with at least one of Python, Ruby, TypeScript, or Nod
