What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-6 years of relevant experience, Experience in AI enablement, operations, transformation, change management, strategy, or a high-growth technology environment, Deep, practical AI fluency, Proven change leadership, Executive-level stakeholder management, High-agency coaching mindset, Structured, analytical thinking, High ambition and bias for action
Nice to Have
Prompt engineering expertise, BI or data tooling experience, Familiarity with Omni, Looker, or similar tools, especially for AI-assisted querying and workflow optimisation, B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments context, Programme management experience

Identify where AI can materially improve how teams operate
Drive adoption through leaders
Partner with functional leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
Hold teams accountable for adoption and outcomes
Scale AI-powered ways of working
Coach teams to design and implement their own AI workflows
Build internal capability rather than creating dependency
Own Claude adoption and AI knowledge-sharing
and a shared library of prompts
Maximise value from Primer’s AI tooling
Stay close to our existing stack
Surface relevant AI capabilities
Ensure teams use the tools we already pay for effectively
