What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in global roles, with a track record of solving real-world problems using advanced analytics, 2+ years of domain-specific experience in financial services, Demonstrated success leading large-scale initiatives and multidisciplinary teams in complex environments, Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and their business applications, Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and GenAI techniques (including prompt engineering), programming proficiency in Python and AI development libraries (e.g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), Solid understanding of financial services technology and use cases, foundation in predictive analytics, data science methodologies, and MLOps, Knowledge of data privacy, model governance, and responsible/ethical AI frameworks, Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business outcomes, Change leadership and experience driving organizational transformation through emerging technologies, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, across technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications in AI/ML and cloud technologies (e.g. , AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus

Ensure all AI solutions comply with ethical
and data privacy standards
Identify and define metrics to track adoption
Drive cross-functional adoption initiatives involving IT
and business stakeholders
Collaborate with product owners and platform leaders to align AI tooling adoption with business priorities and technical roadmaps
Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for a wide range of audiences
Design and deliver education
