Must Have
Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field., knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG architectures., Experience with prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and data processing workflows., Familiarity with Python programming and modern AI/ML ecosystems., Analytical mindset with problem-solving and communication skills., Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
What You'll Do.
Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures connecting LLMs with internal enterprise data sources such as SQL databases and technical documentation.
Develop and optimize prompt engineering and automated evaluation frameworks to improve AI performance
Create synthetic datasets and AI-driven data generation workflows to support machine learning and analytics initiatives.
Define benchmarking and validation methodologies
including LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation systems to assess model quality and accuracy.
Implement AI safety mechanisms and guardrails to ensure secure
and trustworthy AI solutions.
Collaborate with digital
and business teams to deploy innovative AI applications that create measurable business value.
