When we deliver a life-changing medicine, that success comes from the combined efforts of all of our people. _ **Position Summary** Partner closely with the AI to Transform Care (AITC) Strategy & Ops Lead to build and maintain a structured, transparent, and strategically aligned AI solutions portfolio - ensuring AITC projects are clearly defined, managed, and tracked – delivering measurable impact to patients, healthcare professional and healthcare systems. As the AITC team manage multiple high-priority initiatives, this role will serve as a critical link between strategy and execution, ensuring that the overall portfolio remains coherent, aligned, and deliverable in practice. Beyond portfolio oversight and reporting, the role holder is also expected to support selected flagship AITC solutions – serving as an internal accelerator to remove barriers, sharpen narratives, and drive delivery momentum where required. **Responsibilities** * **Portfolio Architecture & Oversight:** Own and continuously refine a comprehensive, up-to-date overview of all AI solutions developed and deployed across AITC.
