What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with LLMs and other artificial intelligence solutions, programming skills (e.g., Python) for model development, data analysis, machine learning, and working with GenAI libraries, At least one year of experience in developing and applying artificial intelligence solutions in business environments, At least one year of experience in project management, An understanding of the value created by rapid prototyping, MVPs, or pilot projects, with direct involvement in their implementation, Excellent Lithuanian language skills (both verbal and written)

Executing digitization projects of varying scales: from MVP solutions in small teams to broad technology applications at the group level
