What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of software engineering experience, programming skills in Python, programming skills in TypeScript, Solid CS fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, basic systems thinking, Experience with Git, version control workflows, Ability to write and run tests, Clear communication skills, Intellectual curiosity, bias toward learning by building
Nice to Have
Experience building web applications, Experience building APIs, Familiarity with cloud platforms, Exposure to AI/ML concepts, Exposure to LLMs, Exposure to chatbot development, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Experience with containerization, Computer science degree, equivalent practical experience
