Our teams already use AI in their daily work — primarily through Google Gemini Gems built around our existing processes. Your job is to take those workflows to the next level: turning them into robust, scalable agents and partnering with the people who run them to make them better. This is a role at the intersection of engineering and enablement. You'll work directly with subject matter experts across copywriting, account management, design, video, and partnerships to understand how each function works, then design and deploy AI agents that make that work faster and higher-quality. Just as important, you'll coach non-technical team members to adopt these tools confidently and use them well. We're not looking for someone who clicks "accept all" and moves on.
