We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect who will help us build the next generation of AI-powered systems that drive efficiency, automation, and exceptional customer experiences. Position Overview This is not a research role. This is a builder role. We are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Architect who can identify business problems, architect solutions, and rapidly deploy AI-powered applications, automations, and workflows across the company. You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve how we source talent, evaluate candidates, onboard clients, manage operations, support account management, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is obsessed with execution, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and capable of turning ideas into working systems quickly. Build AI Products & Intelligent Workflows You'll architect and deploy AI-powered applications that solve real business problems and create operational leverage across the organization. Responsibilities include: * Designing and deploying AI agents and automation systems that improve business performance. * Building AI-powered recruiting solutions for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate engagement. * Creating intelligent workflow automation across sales, client success, operations, finance, and compliance. * Developing internal productivity tools that improve decision-making and efficiency. * Identifying manual processes that can be automated and transformed through AI
