What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role, Proven ability to gather requirements and write clear specifications, Experience working with technical teams in an agile environment, Understanding of AI/ML concepts, English communication skills—written and verbal, Analytical mindset with attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience designing conversation flows or chatbot interactions, Familiarity with low-code platforms (Power Platform, Salesforce, or similar), Background in staffing, HR tech, or workforce management, Experience with requirements tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar), Understanding of data flows and integration concepts
What You'll Do.
Gather business requirements for AI agents
Translate business needs into specifications
Design conversation flows for agents
Manage intake process for solution requests
Triage requests based on complexity
Coordinate defect routing with QA
Support QA by clarifying requirements
Develop test scenarios
Maintain documentation for solutions
