What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on programming in Python, Node.js, or Go, 1+ years working with AWS, Kubernetes, and RDS, Proven experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., solutions engineering or product management)

track record of translating customer needs into product feedback, integrations, and end-to-end solutions

from initial design through implementation and validation
Act as a hands-on technical expert throughout the customer lifecycle
