Must Have

Minimum of 10 years in B2B Pre-Sales experience, Solutions Architect, Field CTO or Product Management in Cyber Security vendors is required., technical background in AI, Software Engineering or Cyber Security., presentation skills and written communication in emails, RFPs, and reports., Business driven and Customer first attitude., Support the sales organization in securing new business., product vision., Ability to conduct market and user research by performing competitive analysis, having ongoing contact with clients to understand their needs, tracking and analyzing user behavior, and following up and responding to user feedback.

Conduct product research

Create and deliver presentations for customers

and Professional Services teams.

Support sales in large opportunities

and collect requirements and gaps.

Sales enablement and deep product collateral creation.

Lead and support complex customer deployments

from initial design through implementation and validation.

Act as a hands-on technical expert throughout the customer lifecycle

contributing wherever needed to ensure successful outcomes.

You will act as an expert on the entire AI Security space and product offering. You’ll be the go-to role that supports our GTM organization needs. Cato’s Field AI Engineering team is the bridge between Customer, Pre-sales, Product Management, and Engineering.  The AI Security Field CTO, Americas has full visibility of all the projects and activities in all domains with the ability to forward the message out to the field and influence our decisions with customers' and partners' feedback. What You'll Do: Work closely with our customers, partners, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Ops, UI/UX, Documentation, Training, and Customer Success teams to deliver best-in-class AI security product in the market.
