Must Have
5+ years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations, Direct experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools, organizational capabilities with deep attention to detail and a proven background in process management and documentation, Highly comfortable learning, adopting, and enabling teams on new tech platforms and AI-enabled software, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Prior experience working within a staffing agency, consulting firm, or fast-paced recruitment agency environment, Direct exposure to AI-enabled sourcing platforms or talent rediscovery infrastructure, Familiarity with recruiting metrics, operational analytics, or pipeline reporting, Experience supporting talent acquisition workflows within a technical recruiting environment

Support and optimize AI-driven recruiting workflows across the candidate lifecycle
specifically focusing on pipeline management and automated evaluation processes
Manage talent rediscovery initiatives and hotlist coordination to maximize the value of internal applicant pools
Drive adoption and process consistency across multiple modern recruiting technology platforms
Author workflow documentation and ensure operational compliance across recruiting teams
Coordinate candidate engagement strategies and drive initiatives that improve overall recruiting cycle speeds
