What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or Business Management with comparable technical experience, Minimum 5 years of project management experience in technology industry, Proven experience managing medium to large-scale initiatives, background working with technical teams, Experience leading delivery in Agile or hybrid environments, Demonstrated ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across time zones, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Exposure to cloud-based delivery (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus, Jira familiarity is required, Workday Projects and Power BI is desirable, Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous
