What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience leading complex transformation or technology programmes within financial services environments, SME-level exposure to Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, or Insurance, understanding of programme management methodologies, governance frameworks, Agile and hybrid delivery approaches, and enterprise transformation delivery within regulated organisations, Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies, including enterprise AI adoption challenges, governance considerations, and operational implications within financial services, Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions, translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery outcomes and measurable business value, Commercially minded and delivery-focused, with communication, problem-solving, risk management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
Nice to Have
Previous consulting or advisory experience within a professional services environment at Principal Consultant or equivalent level, Experience supporting AI governance, responsible AI, model risk management, or AI regulatory compliance initiatives within financial services, Familiarity with AI operating models, enterprise AI adoption strategies, or AI-enabled productivity and transformation programmes, Experience managing multidisciplinary delivery teams across product, engineering, operations, and business functions, Exposure to tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, enterprise AI ecosystems, Power Platform, or workflow automation solutions
