## Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for users of Pattern’s AI and analytics tools. Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex cases to engineering as needed. Train users and create documentation or guides for features across products. Monitor system performance and assist with user onboarding. Collect and synthesize user feedback, surface patterns in issues, and collaborate with product managers and engineering to inform roadmap decisions. ## Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field.
