**Job Description** **Role Summary** Vertex is seeking a Principal level Analyst in the AI Program Management team to lead the development and execution of enterprise AI capabilities that improve business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value across the organization. This role will focus on AI products that support employees across the enterprise, including digital assistants, agentic orchestration of end-to-end business processes, and other intelligent workflow solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product leadership, this individual will define product requirements, shape scalable AI-driven capabilities, and lead the delivery of solutions that enable more connected, efficient, and intelligent ways of working. The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader who excels at translating complex business needs into practical, scalable AI solutions.
