Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Product marketer who deeply understands the target audience and knows how to translate product capabilities into messaging, content, and experiences people instantly connect with. We are looking for someone who combines product minded thinking, strong product intuition, sharp storytelling skills, creative instincts, and hands on execution. Someone who understands internet culture, AI native products, creator style communication, and how modern users discover and adopt products. In this role, you will shape how people experience Base44 across product launches, onboarding, user funnel, content, and growth campaigns. In your day to day, you will: * Own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and launches for new features, turning product releases into compelling user campaigns. * Use AI tools and automation workflows to scale content creation, market research, and daily marketing operations. * Create landing pages, social campaigns, emails, onboarding flows, and in-app experiences that improve activation and retention. * Work closely with Product, Design, Growth, Data, and Content teams from the initial idea down to final execution. * Develop sharp messaging and creative concepts that resonate with creators, builders, and entrepreneurial audiences. * Conduct user interviews and analyze product behavior to turn insights into product and marketing improvements. * Continuously test conversion flows while helping shape the voice, tone, and brand personality of Base44. ## Qualifications * AI-native builder with hands-on experience using AI tools, agents, and automation workflows to streamline your daily work. * Deep understanding of creator culture, AI products, or startup ecosystems * Extensive experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or consumer storytelling within B2C, prosumer, or internet-native products. * Strong intuition for messaging, positioning, and user psychology, with proven success simplifying complex concepts in
