SUMMARY Strider Technologies is on a mission to deliver strategic intelligence that enables faster, more confident decision-making in an increasingly complex global environment. As an AI Strategy Product Manager, you will define how agentic AI transforms the way users interact with intelligence—turning fragmented data into intuitive, explainable, and actionable insights. This role sits at the forefront of applied AI innovation. You will lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered capabilities across Strider’s platform, working closely with Engineering, Intelligence, and Design to build products that integrate large language models (LLMs), retrieval systems, and user-facing AI workflows. You will play a critical role in shaping how AI augments human analysis and decision-making at scale. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles, including ownership of complex technical products - Experience building or scaling agentic products, including prompt-driven or retrieval-based systems - Experience partnering with engineering teams on AI system design, including APIs, model integration, and data workflows - Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver end-to-end user-facing AI features - Strong analytical skills with experience using data to evaluate product and model performance - Ability to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive user experiences and clear business value - API Integrations Preferred Qualifications - Experience with agentic search - Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loo
