Publicly reviewable portfolio work, Build and ship functional apps, Hands-on AI-assisted development tools, Practical full-stack development ability, Prompt engineering skills, Work directly with non-technical users, UX and product instincts, Technical judgment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, High agency, ownership, Manage multiple small projects, Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
Experience building internal tools, Experience with AI-assisted product development, Experience with LLM APIs, Familiarity with structured outputs, Experience with low-code platforms, Experience designing simple interfaces, Experience working with ecommerce, Experience collaborating with software engineers
