3+ years of software engineering experience, 1+ years working on AI-powered product features, React, Python, Node.js, Typescript, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, context management, RAG, structured outputs, agent frameworks, streaming response patterns, SSE, WebSockets, chunked HTTP
Nice to Have
Experience in compliance, security, GRC, document-heavy enterprise domains, MCP, tool-use interfaces for AI agents, RAG system design, building feedback and annotation tooling

Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with AI Engineers; Partner with Product and Design; operating in a cross-functional product team; participate in design reviews
