We’re looking for an early-career AI Product Analyst to join our Global Technology Operations team and help build next-generation GenAI solutions that power IT operations at scale. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and product teams to design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications that improve system reliability, reduce manual effort, and enhance the user experience across global platforms. We offer a collaborative and supportive team environment that values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning. **Position Responsibilities:** * Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered applications across backend and frontend systems * Develop backend services and APIs using Python (e.g., FastAPI) * Build intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React) * Integrate applications with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and observability tools **AI & GenAI Development** * Build AI-driven solutions using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) * Support the development of AI workflows that help automate operational processes * Work with data teams to access and use enterprise data effectively **Collaboration & Engineering Practices** * Participate in agile development, including sprint planning and iterative delivery * Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code * Contribute to testing, debugging, and performance improvement * Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones **Operations & Support** * Support application releases and ongoing system performance * Participate in a structured on-call rotation with team support **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field * Hands-on
