In this role, you won't be focused on building AI systems - you'll be making sure the right ones get built, for the right reasons, and that organizations actually adopt and benefit from them. You'll lead discovery, map workflows, facilitate stakeholder conversations, develop the business case, and guide clients through change. You'll partner closely with our AI Engineer to bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, and technology. Your work as an AI Process Consultant will include several components: Lead AI use case discovery and opportunity assessments with clients Map business processes and workflows to identify where AI delivers the highest value Build and present ROI-driven business cases to executive stakeholders Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic advisor throughout engagements Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and change management planning Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for our AI engineering team Develop and deliver compelling presentations and project deliverables Contribute to the ongoing development of our AI consulting methodology and int
