Must Have
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future, 2+ years of professional experience in management consulting, deployment strategy, technical program management, operations, or a similar client-facing strategic role, Demonstrated track record of driving complex projects to measurable outcomes in client or stakeholder-facing environments, analytical foundation — comfortable with spreadsheets, ROI modeling, basic SQL, and quantitative reasoning, Working knowledge of modern AI capabilities and what LLMs, agents, and RAG systems can and can't do and the judgment to scope realistic AI solutions vs. avoid AI theater, Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments, Exceptional communication skills, Problem-solver who gets energy from sitting across the desk from a real operator and figuring out where the friction actually is
Nice to Have
Prior consulting experience at a top firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, Deloitte, Accenture, or boutique strategy/operations firm) or a deployment-strategy / forward-deployed role at a software company, Experience leading process re-engineering, workflow automation, or digital transformation engagements end-to-end, Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) or major SaaS systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, document management) at the level of "I can spec an integration without help", Experience working with SMB clients across industries such as professional services, healthcare, logistics, or retail, Python literacy is a plus but not required

Partner with an AI Engineer throughout the build
translating client requirements into technical specs

Lead change management on the client side: stakeholder alignment
and adoption tracking
Own the client relationship end-to-end: scope
and executive readouts
Serve as the single point of accountability for client outcomes
Run post-deployment business reviews to measure realized impact

We are looking for an AI Process Consultant (APC) for one of our operating companies. The APC will embed directly inside client businesses, uncovering the operational friction that holds them back, designing the workflows that will replace it, and partnering with AI Engineers to ship solutions that change how these organizations actually run. You won't be writing slide decks that get filed away; you'll be on-site at small and mid-size businesses interviewing operators, mapping processes, building the business case, and owning client outcomes from first conversation through post-deployment adoption. You care about the outcome, not the deck. This is a hands-on, client-facing strategy role built for someone who is as comfortable diagramming a workflow with C-Suite leaders as they are co-piloting a build session with engineers.
