We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Administrative Coordinator who enjoys making systems run better. This role combines traditional administrative support with modern AI-powered workflow improvement. You don’t need to be a programmer—but you should be excited about using tools like ChatGPT and other automation platforms to eliminate repetitive work, improve efficiency, and help our teams operate smarter.
