Must Have
hands-on experience building cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes-based systems, Python, building scalable backend or platform services, AI/ML systems, LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, model serving, containerisation, service mesh, networking, distributed systems, CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure automation, delivering shared platforms or enterprise services at scale, AI/ML lifecycle and production operations, designing APIs, cloud-based microservices architectures, problem-solving skills, operate in complex and ambiguous environments, Effective communication, stakeholder management across teams
Nice to Have
AWS, LLM serving frameworks, vLLM, Triton, developer platforms, productivity engineering initiatives, enterprise AI governance, model risk, compliance frameworks, full-stack developer, build end-to-end applications

Team & Collaboration
Work at the intersection of platform engineering, MLOps, and enterprise AI governance; Collaborate with cybersecurity and risk teams; Provide self-service tooling, documentation, and reference architectures for engineering teams; Guide teams on best practices in MLOps, platform usage, and cost optimisation; Translate platform capabilities into clear business value to drive adoption; Partner with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver shared platform capabilities; Contribute to team capability building; Acts as a bridge between architecture, engineering, and operations teams
